The Titan dm75 is the high performance blade, specific for cutting difficult materials
working as mold steels, stainless steel aisi, duplex super, duplex inconel and all materials
from 1500 N / mm2 of hardness. Compared to traditional M42 band saw blades, the Titan dm75
increases tool life and cutting speed thanks to the unique geometry of the teeth
with progressive set: two slightly set at 50% and two others at 100%. In this
this allows a gradual penetration of the cut and avoids the risk of chipping
of the tooth. In addition, the bevel on the back of the tooth allows for optimal crushing of the
chip.
