All goods are shipped by courier with RINTRACCIABILE and INSURED. Once your item is picked up by the courier, we proceed by e-mail to send you the traceability code, it is up to the customer to check if there are any anomalies in the shipment, in that case you are required to send an email to info@bricosafe.it indicating name and surname and item purchased so as to check the status of the shipment. We also inform you that during the holiday periods delivery times may vary due to events not attributable to us. From the day of departure, you normally have to wait about 24 hours for delivery throughout Italy, excluding Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia that require at least 48H. Provided that the couriers do not wait for the package to be opened to verify the conformity of the product purchased by you is mandatory for the damage to be recognized accept the package and ALWAYS indicate on the courier's bulletin and request
SPECIFIC RESERVE:
- Accepted with reserve for obvious packaging damage
- Accepted with reserve for open packaging
- Accepted with reserve for wet packaging
Everything is fine to say that the packaging has anomalies, the carriers will try to be as fast as possible and will not waste time, do not worry you indicate this reserve so that any problem encountered at the opening will be the courier that will activate the insurance and we could provide you with free delivery of the spare part or replacement of the whole object. Once the packaging has been removed and the damaged item has been checked, the procedure is as follows:
- Send by email (info@bricosafe.it) the photos of the damage, the copy of the bulletin signed by you with the indication: "Accepted with reservation for obvious damage packaging (etc.)" and a written statement describing the damage from You immediately with the signature at the bottom no later than 5 days from receipt of goods.
- Honosweb will take charge of the damage and once received confirmation from the carrier responsible for the damage will be the shipment of spare parts or replacement of the entire object and collection of the damaged one for free. - The lack of one of the procedures previously indicated determines the non-recognition of the damage for free.
